Fourth Grade Book Reports
2016-2017
- Book reports are due on Mondays. They are spaced two weeks apart to give the student time to read a book appropriate for fourth grade. There will be time to read in school as well. I have set aside a 15 minute reading period twice a week to supplement the student’s home reading. The students are expected to read 30 minutes, three times a week total.
- I am asking that quality books be used for reports. For example books by the authors R.L. Stein & J.K. Rowling are not permitted. If you have a question about a book, please ask me before your child does the report on it. I would like to avoid any confusion. Mrs. Paulus, librarian, will have this list & is willing to help the students pick out a book as well.
- The report format will be handed out to the students 2 weeks before the report is due. The form will also be available electronically.
